Nikon Z TELECONVERTER TC-1.4X

The Nikon Z TELECONVERTER TC-1.4x is a teleconverter designed for Nikon's mirrorless Z system. It's perfect for birders, wildlife photographers, and sports enthusiasts who want to extend their lens reach without sacrificing image quality.

Image Quality

This teleconverter boosts the reach of compatible lenses by 40% while maintaining 100% resolution. Unlike cropping in-camera, which can cut out over half of your sensor's pixels, the TC-1.4x allows you to capture tight compositions with full sensor resolution, ensuring your images remain sharp and vibrant.

Autofocus

When paired with compatible Z lenses, the TC-1.4x retains all autofocus (AF) functionality and speed. It can utilize every focus point of your Z series camera's sensor down to f/11, making it easier to track subjects at the edges of the frame.

Macro Capabilities

This teleconverter also enhances your macro photography. It maintains the close focusing ability of NIKKOR Z lenses while increasing the reproduction ratio by 1.4 times. For instance, when used with the NIKKOR Z 70-200mm f/2.8 VR S lens, you can focus as close as 3.28 feet to capture intricate details.

Build & Handling

The Z TELECONVERTER TC-1.4x is designed for tough conditions. It features an anti-slip grip for easy handling and a non-stick Fluorine Coat that repels dust and water, making cleaning simple. Plus, it has dust and drip sealing, ensuring your gear is ready for any adventure.
