This little clamp is a perfect upgrade for my old tripod head—the 3/8"-16 thread screwed right on with no fuss. It locks my camera plate securely with a satisfying click every time.

The included 3/8"-16 threaded port screwed onto my tripod in seconds, and the dovetail clamp holds my camera rock solid. I've been swapping plates between my head and grip without any wobble, which is exactly what I needed.

Installed this on my monopod and it holds my camera securely without any wobble. The 3/8"-16 threading matched perfectly, though I wish it came with a small hex wrench for the screws.
