Canon Lens Cap E-72 II

The clasp closes with a satisfying click, and the inner lining is soft enough that I don’t worry about scratches when I toss it in my bag. For under ten bucks, it does exactly what a lens cap should.

It fits my 72mm lens perfectly and the spring-loaded mechanism feels sturdy, not flimsy like some cheaper caps. I’ve already dropped it on concrete once and it didn’t pop off, so dust protection is solid.

This cap snaps on securely with a satisfying click, which gives me peace of mind when tossing my camera bag in the car. It's slim enough that it doesn't add bulk, yet it keeps dust off the glass perfectly during storage.
