I’ve been testing this filter in harsh midday sun, and the ground glass really does repel dust and smudges better than my older variable ND. Colors stay accurate without that weird infrared cast, even in deep shadow.

The infrared suppression on this filter really cleans up the blacks in outdoor landscape shots, and the hard coating makes wiping off dust effortless. I've used it on a few long-exposure seascapes and the color shift is almost non-existent.
