パナソニック ルミックス S 26mm f/8 レンズ (ライカ L)

Took this on a hiking trip and barely noticed it in my bag, which is exactly what I wanted. The fixed f/8 aperture forced me to focus on composition instead of fiddling with settings. Sharpness across the frame surprised me for such a compact pancake lens.

I was skeptical about a fixed f/8 aperture, but for daytime street shooting it’s actually perfect—the depth of field is so wide I never miss focus. And at this weight, I barely notice it’s in my bag.

Slid right into my jacket pocket and I honestly forgot it was there until I pulled it out for a street shot. The f/8 is a smart trade-off for a lens this thin—crisp results in daylight without hauling a bag around.
