The grain is so fine that my enlargements look almost like they came off a digital file, which is exactly what I needed for scanning. Skin tones have that soft, natural Portra look without any fussy color correction in post.

I was worried 160 speed would be too slow for handheld shooting, but the grain is so fine that even my shaded street shots came out clean when scanned. Skin tones look natural without any editing, which is exactly why I keep coming back to this stock.

I shot a roll of this at a friend's wedding and the skin tones came out so natural I barely touched them in Lightroom. The finer grain really shows when you scan at higher resolution.
