Promaster 37mm UV HGX Prime

I was a bit skeptical about spending extra on a UV filter, but the individually ground and polished glass really does make a difference in image sharpness. It sits perfectly flush on my lens and hasn't introduced any weird flare or color cast.

The glass is so smooth and clear that I actually forgot it was on the lens until I checked the front element. It's individually ground and polished, and you can feel that precision the moment you thread it on. Zero impact on image quality, just pure protection.

The multi-coating on this filter is so effective that I can't tell it's even on the lens, yet my shots have noticeably less haze on sunny days. It's reassuring to have that extra protection without sacrificing image clarity.
