Ricoh External Flash GF-2

Finally, a flash that perfectly balances power and portability for my camera setup. The dedicated Grip compatibility makes it feel like a natural extension rather than an afterthought.

Bounced the flash off a low ceiling during an indoor event and the light was soft and even without any harsh shadows. The build feels solid and it syncs reliably with my camera, though the head could tilt just a bit more for my taste.

The recycle time is noticeably faster than my old flash, which really helps when shooting events. I just wish it came with a diffusion dome included, but the light output itself is excellent.
