Nikon PROSTAFF P3 10x42 Binoculars

Took these out to the wildlife refuge this morning and the clarity is incredible—even in low light I could see feather details on birds a hundred yards away. The focus wheel turns smoothly with one finger, which made tracking a hawk in flight effortless.

I was worried 10x42s would be too heavy for a day hike, but the ergonomic design and just under 22 ounces made them comfortable to use for hours.

The focus adjustment is incredibly smooth, and even in low light at dusk the image stays impressively bright and sharp. I’ve been using them for birdwatching all week and haven’t had any eye strain.
