Swapped out the old plate for this one and the lock mechanism feels much more solid, no wobble at all even with a heavier camcorder mounted. The sliding base makes balancing quick, which is exactly what I needed for smooth pans on the S6Pro head.

The lock mechanism feels solid and secure—no wobble at all once it’s clicked into place on the head. I’ve been using it for a few shoots and it’s been completely reliable, even with a heavier camera setup.

The plate slides in with a satisfying, solid click and locks tight without any wobble. I’ve been using it with my S6Pro head for a few weeks now, and it holds my camera steady during pans. No complaints at all.
